- Upon arrival at Paro International Airport, you will be greeted by stunning views of the Himalayas.
- At the exit point you will be received by our seasoned guide with our traditional scarf and drive to your designated hotel in Thimphu – the capital city of Bhutan, check in, and have refreshments or breakfast.
- Start your day with a visit to Kuensel Phodrang – the gigantic statue of Buddha Dordenma. This impressive bronze statue offers panoramic views of the city and is a symbol of peace and prosperity.
- Next, visit the Royal Takin Reserve to witness Bhutan's diverse wildlife, including the national animal, the Takin. Marvel at these unique creatures in their natural habitat.

- The trek from Sang Choekor to Bumdrak takes you through dense forests with breathtaking views of the Paro Valley.
- Enjoy a picnic lunch en route, and continue your ascent to alpine meadows dotted with wildflowers. Arrive at Bumdrak camp (3,800 meters) in the afternoon, where you'll be welcomed with a refreshing beverage, a delightful treat after a day of trekking.

- End the day sharing stories around a campfire under the star-lit sky before retiring to your tent.

- Start your day with a hearty breakfast at Bumdra camp. Enjoy the crisp morning air and stunning mountain views before beginning your descent.
- Leave Bumdra camp and start your trek towards the iconic Taktsang Monastery. The trail initially takes you through beautiful alpine forests and meadows.
- Continue your descent, appreciating the changing landscapes as you make your way down. The trail offers various viewpoints where you can pause to take in the panoramic vistas.
- Reach Taktsang Monastery late in the morning. This iconic monastery is perched on a cliffside and provides a breathtaking view of the Paro Valley. Spend some time exploring the monastery, learning about its history, and taking in the serene atmosphere.
- Enjoy a packed picnic lunch.
- After visiting the monastery, continue your trek downhill to the base of Taktsang. The descent can be steep, so take your time and enjoy the scenery.
- Once you reach the base, a vehicle will be waiting to take you back to Paro town.
- Arrive back in Paro and check into your hotel. Take some time to relax and refresh yourself after the trek.
- In the evening, you can explore Paro town, visit a local café, or shop for souvenirs.
